Previously I wrote about sprouts and how to grow and eat. We all know there are lots of sprouts available in the market and eating sprouts regularly gives lots of benefit to the body. Sprouts are rich in protien, calcium, nutrients, full of vitamin A, B, C and K which protect from the disease and make the body stronger.

Benefits of Sprouts:

  1. Consumption of sprouts provides energy in the body, happiness in mind.
  2. It helps to remove toxins accumulated in the body which is the root cause of all disease.
  3. Sprouted food increases calcium, protein, vitamin A, B,C and K, potassium, magnesium and other minerals.
